Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect your first name, email, phone number, city, ZIP code, system type, age, issue and replacement timing, and your text message permission choices. We also receive the page address, ad campaign values and a request event ID. Your name, email and quiz answers are prepared when you continue past that step. Your phone and text permission choices are included on final submission. Lead delivery is not connected yet. Your browser saves quiz answers so you can continue later.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare your quote, answer questions and arrange installation. Text messages are only about your quote request and appointment, and depend on the optional permission you choose. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We use campaign details to understand where quote requests come from.

Sharing

Support providers may access information needed to help us respond to your request. We may disclose information when required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers and consent are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored with service providers that use access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to people who need it to serve you.

Text messaging

You may choose to receive texts only about your quote request and appointment. The checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. You can still submit your request without checking it. If you do not check it, we will not send you any text messages. We will only contact you by phone call or email about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years or older to use our text message program. Meta advertising measurement

Where permitted, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API report page views and completed replacement requests for advertising measurement. They may send the page address, campaign details, browser identifiers, user agent and IP address to Meta. Price-shopping requests are not reported as leads. We do not send your contact details to Meta. Text permission is separate from advertising permission. Tracking is blocked in regions requiring consent and unknown regions, and honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Use the advertising choice below or contact us to withdraw permission.

Retention

We keep quote details and permission records as needed to handle your request, provide service, honor opt-outs and meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may retain records needed for legal obligations or to prevent further messages after an opt-out. Saved quiz answers are cleared from this browser after submission; you can also clear your browser storage.
